The Ruckoning — 13.1 miles of purpose for Operation Enduring Warrior.

$455 towards $1,000

I am raising money for Operation Enduring Warrior because talk is cheap and purpose demands action.

Allen Cole came up with something called a Ruckathon. That is cute. Probably came with matching shirts and snacks at the finish line. I wanted something with a little more grit. I call it The Ruckoning.

On November 15 I will ruck a half marathon. Thirteen point one miles under load. No crowd. No music. No medals. Just weight, silence, and the voice that says stop. I will move until I cannot. Not because it is fun, but because it matters.

Operation Enduring Warrior is a veteran founded, one hundred percent volunteer run nonprofit that helps wounded military and law enforcement veterans rebuild through physical, mental, and emotional rehabilitation. Every dollar raised goes straight to the mission. No salaries. No fluff. Just people helping people fight their way back.

Here is how you can join me. Think of the patch as your ticket. Donate twenty five dollars or more and leave your full name in the comment section so I can confirm your spot. Any donation over twenty five dollars will also be entered into Allen’s raffle for tickets to the War X Trilogy Weekend.

Then complete your own 13.1 mile ruck wherever you are and post your proof in the Facebook event comments. Your proof must include a screenshot from any tracking app showing your 13.1 miles, along with the time and date of completion written in your comment.

The first twenty six people whose comment time and date match the event timeline and show a verified 13.1 mile ruck will receive one of my Ruckoning patches. Each one earned, not given. Every ticket helps support Operation Enduring Warrior and keeps the mission moving.

Allen started a Ruckathon. I am ending the year with The Ruckoning. Because some of us do not chase comfort or medals. We chase purpose.
